Save Upper Fort Garry Park
This is a petition to ask the City of Winnipeg to reverse its decision to sell the land surrounding Upper Fort Garry to a development company who wishes to build an apartment complex, and instead award it "Friends of Upper Fort Garry" who wish to build up the park and the Fort into a world-class interpretive center and heritage park.
